Learn how a Matter Centric Approach helped law firm Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP manage multiple mergers and prepare for iManage Work 9.3

Time for a matter-centric refresh.

CIO Brian Clayton of law firm Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP has faced the challenge of implementing a new document management system, evolving it through multiple organizational mergers which more than doubled the size of the firm in 10 years and is now in the final stages of moving to the latest version iManage Work.

Taft Stettinius & Hollister is one of Cincinnati’s largest law firms with offices in 8 cities and over 400 lawyers. With the original iManage implementation in 2006, Brian oversaw the migration from Worldox and implemented a drastic simplification of their file/folder structure. Throughout the past ten years, four mergers have doubled the size of the firm and caused multiple revisiting of the data structure culminating in a simplified, policy-based method allowing both flexibility and required governance while driving higher adoption rates among even the newly merged firms.

With this structure in place, Taft is now poised to move to the newest version of iManage Work.

Join this webinar to see lessons learned, tools and best practices for data structures and governance in a fluid organization. And learn the decisions and steps Taft has taken to prepare themselves for the latest iManage release.
