He has particular expertise in transaction management, e-signatures and knowledge management.
Sahil is Head of Business, Legal Transaction Management for iManage and a co-founder of iManage Closing Folders, a market-leading legal transaction management (LTM) solution used by firms on over 4,500 active deals per month. Sahil is a lawyer and worked at the Toronto office of Baker & McKenzie before founding Closing Folders. He also served in the Canadian Armed Forces, including a tour in Afghanistan in 2008.
